I am a person who likes recommendations, for example, an electrician that was referred to you by a friend that has used him often, is more likely to arrive on time, not over charge you, and all around do a good job, for he knows if his services are not good, the person that referred him will hear about it, and will not only not refer him again, but maybe stop using him altogether.

 

That is why, to this day, it astounds me that I found Marge, the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I’ve worked with quite a few, without a recommendation. I found her just by calling a number from a property listing in the newspaper.

 

Currently, I use Marge to rent out my investment properties, and have bought two homes, and sold one through her as well.

 

You may ask, well, would you recommend Marge? And my answer is: always. Every time I meet someone looking to move, regardless if they are looking to rent or buy, I send them to Marge, and here is why:

 

  • I find Marge really listens to what you are looking for, and shows you properties that have the features you are looking for, instead of wasting your weekends dragging you all over town, showing you every single property on the market.
  • At the same time, she is not pushy or trying to force you to make a quick decision, instead she will show you as many properties as you want, and as many times as you need.
  • She is also not annoyed at having to show you properties you may request, in my case, I would see For Sale signs and call her and ask her about it, she would say, “ Oh Cat, I’m sorry, I didn’t think you’d be interested because….”, it always related to the specifications I had requested, and I have to say, every single one of those properties were not what I wanted, and she knew that. Although she knew full well it was not what I had in mind, she would show me the property so as to satisfy my curiosity.

 

These are just a few reasons why I think Marge is the best realtor I have ever worked with, but I recommend you give her a call, and see for yourself if my recommendation stands up to your expectations.
