Marge was recommended to me by another Century 21 Realtor for which I am very thankful. Marge was very helpful and went above and beyond for me. Not only did she take me to the homes that I wanted to see, Marge gave me a tour of Jersey City.

The process of getting a mortgage was difficult for me. Marge was very helpful and offered guidance.

Overall, I am very happy with the condo that I purchased. I do not thing it would have worked out so well without Marge. If and when my friends begin looking for homes, I would absolutely recommend Marge to them.

I found Marge through a listing that appealed to me. I chose to work with her because, as a single woman moving to a new city, I was most comfortable with a female Jersey City native who would help guide me through the city. Marge exceeded my expectations by showing me different neighborhoods, with her frank opinions about the places we were seeing, and their suitability for me.

The technique that most impressed me about Marge was that she made our first appointment together a series of showings that facilitated a dialogue about places that did or did not fit my prioritized list of requirements. This helped her (and me) realize what we were really looking for.

The other quality that continues to impress me about Marge is her calming influence during often stressful periods of buying and selling, and her committed availability to answer questions or just be available to talk through issues.

Marge helped me buy a home I love in Jersey City, and has also helped me to sell it in a difficult market. When I talk to other people in my building or elsewhere who are trying to sell, and their experience with their realtors, I am repeatedly thankful that I hired Marge!
